The Website is owned by Core Fusion 20 (hereinafter referred to as “CF20”).
This Agreement applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by CF20.
A moderate level of fitness is required to follow the exercise programs available on this site.

Persons with pre-existing medical conditions, in poor health or with any concerns as to commencement of a new fitness regime should consult with an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning any of these programs.

The information presented on CS50plus is in no way intended as medical advice or as a substitute for medical treatment. We also reserve the right to cancel your membership should you violate any provision of this Agreement, or any other posted policy on the Website. The contents of this Website, including the videos, text, graphics, images, and information obtained from CS50plus’s third-party content providers, sponsors, suppliers, and licensors (collectively “Providers”), and any other materials are to be used for informational purposes only.

Quality of the Website
We do not promise that CS50plus will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Website and its content are delivered on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We cannot ensure that files you download from the Site will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features. Receipt of emails or other Internet-based communications from us cannot be guaranteed. The delivery of video messages is dependent upon third party providers and therefore outside of our control.
Low internet connection speeds and/or older operating systems and/or browsers may result in slower page load times and an inability to view videos on the website.

You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of the Website so long as the link does not portray CS50plus, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner. You may not use any CS50plus logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.

Your Membership Account
If you subscribe to and use the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. CS50plus and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Life-time access – means for the life of each individual program.  Not your life or my life.  If we decide to no longer offer a program, you will be given a generous amount of time to download the allowed program information.

Refunds – 14 day Money Back Guarantee.  No refunds after 14 days from the date of purchase of any product.  If you receive a refund then buy the same or another program at a later date…the refund period does NOT apply.

Memberships are non-transferable.

You agree to (a) maintain all equipment necessary for your access to and use of the Website; (b) maintain the security of your user identification, password, Personal Information and any other confidential information relating to your CS50plus account; (c) take responsibility for all charges resulting from use of your CS50plus account, including unauthorized use prior to your notifying CS50plus of such unauthorized use and taking the legal steps to prevent its further occurrence by contacting us to change your password; and (d) update your Personal Information including email address, as appropriate.

If you are given a promotional code you may only use it once.

Disclaimers and Limitations Of Liability
Users of CS50plus expressly agree that use of CS50plus is at User’s sole risk.
