Animals know how, what and when to eat.  The animals that don’t, are the ones that we domesticate.  And screw up with our processed foods and emotional issues!

Humans have taken something natural and straight forward….’eating’.. and totally screwed it up for ourselves!

To the point where the food and diet machine is a billion $ industry.  Which we foolishly pay into.  Trying to figure out what we should eat, how we should eat and when we should eat!  It’s ludicrous!  And most of it is BS.

Whoever created us must be looking down from above thinking we’ve all lost the plot!

Start Clean Eating….

The BEST thing you can do for your digestive system. The BEST thing you can do for the health of your muscles, organs and your mind, is get the CRAP out of your cupboard. Clean up your eating!

The highly processed foods on our supermarket shelves have done zero for our-

  • Health…
  • Disease levels…
  • And weight!

Foods full of….

  • Preservatives
  • Flavours
  • Colours
  • Fructose
  • Artificial flavours
  • MSG etc
  • ……..and a variety of suspect numbers.

And just because they’re on the shelves and approved by some “Board” doesn’t mean you should be eating them.

If you look honestly at the food you eat…

Are you moving enough each day to justify the high-energy carbohydrates and sugars that may be in your diet?

The cavemen and women did!  And before the industrial revolution the majority of people did.  But we’re a generation of people that sit on our butts and look at screens.  I’m doing it now!  Why did we end up here!!

Just so you’re clear…

“If you fuel your body with crap, you’re going to end up feeling and looking like crap”

Maybe not straight away. Your body is pretty forgiving when you’re younger. But that crap will come out in your system in some way shape or form down the track. Either in weight gain, disease or illness.

Is it all your fault?  Well you have to take responsibility for your own health.

Nobody’s force-feeding you.  The buck stops with each of us.

So if you’re not sure where to start or what to do…start with NOT eating processed foods with crap in them!  Start CLEAN EATING!

READ THE LABELS!

Become a food detective.  CARE about what you put in your mouth!  Because ALL of it, affects your body and longevity.

NO-ONE will LOVE your body as much as you should yourself.

Don’t give up or give in!
