50 plus and Fabulous!

My focus with these programs is on people approaching their 50’s and beyond…………for two reasons…….. I am in my 50’s so I can certainly relate……..and the second is that there is not a lot out there for people in this age bracket that I feel is challenging enough.

To fully enjoy the next 30 plus years you simply must respect and maintain the health of your body.

It doesn’t have to be extreme…
it just needs to be structured and consistent.

Core “Fusion” Training

The Core “Fusion” style training that I have developed in these programs incorporates the very best elements of………

Yoga,
Power Yoga
Pilates,
Functional Strength Training
Isometrics (Barre) work

These elements are incorporated into roughly 20 minute workouts.

The exercises are sequenced so that we target:

Balance
Cardio
Flexibility

We do not stop moving in these workouts

Every muscle is worked and your heart rate is elevated by the sequencing of the exercises and with the addition of low impact cardio movements.

Every workout features modified postures so everyone can be challenged at their current level of fitness.
