Spent too much time hunched over a computer?  Ended up with shoulder and neck pain?

This is a beautiful way of opening up your spine.  Getting into those tight muscles in between your shoulder blades.  And releasing the pulling tension  on your neck muscles.

Plus it’ll get you breathing deeper!

What You Need……

A short roller.  Around 33cm long.  You can also use a foam yoga block.  But it feels like a stronger stretch and release, when your back wraps around the curve of the roller.

And you may need a folded up towel or two for head support….
