What You Need:

Yoga Mat

2 x 1kilo or 1.5 kilo DB’s

(If you don’t have any DB’s – no probs!  You’ll still get a great workout doing this sequence without them)

Favourite Yoga Music

Water – Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!

And…….Your Enthusiastic Body!

Before You Start:

Stretch your legs and your upper body.

When You Finish:

Give your legs and upper body another good stretch!  And head to your 5-10 minute Savasana.
