I come from an era, and I’m sure you can relate if you’re an over 50 woman, where it was all about “suck your stomach in, stick your chest out”.

And I was a ‘stomach sucker-inner’ for way too many years.  No wonder I had so many gut issues and tight, tension filled upper body stuff going on!

Yoga and pilates training taught me to ‘let my abs go’.  So I could finally start the process of fixing my digestive issues naturally.

Plus I realised when I trained my core muscles right…they always kicked in when I needed them anyway.  I didn’t have to be ‘sucking my guts in!’
