  • I can relate!  I’ve always enjoyed the ageing process,.  But when I hit peri-menopause several years ago, it was a bit of a shock!

WHO am I?

I’m a 54 year old Master Personal Trainer with nearly 30 years experience in health and different training styles.

Born in the ‘Land Of The Long White Cloud’ (New Zealand), I spent 30 years in Oz (Australia) and now live in the lush green hills of Ubud Bali.

WHAT do I do?

I’ve taken my years of being a Master Personal Trainer and adapted it into an online format.

WHERE do I do it?

I left my beautiful Barre Workout Studio in Perth, Australia to come to Ubud, Bali about 4 years ago.

I live amongst the rice paddies, palm trees, lots of ducks and chooks and a few too many Tokays!

WHY do I do it?

It saddens me when women reach this age bracket and resign themselves to what’s happening to their body – and give up on trying to change.

I totally get it, as I was there myself during peri-menopause.

I felt like an imposter – training people but putting on weight and feeling like my body was out of control!

But it made me really look at how I was training and how I was eating and I started to ‘tweak’ things!

And through some trial and error I designed a training style that works for women in this age bracket!

  • I’m never without a book! There are usually 5 books on my bedside table, ready to be devoured. I speed read and sometimes have two books going at once!
  • I’m constantly planning holidays! And love going where most people don’t go.
  • I LOVE a good laugh. Nothing beats it!
  • And my dirty little secret –

I’ve been watching Bold & The Beautiful for nearly 30 years! Tragic I know! I often fast forward through an episode to get past the “Oh gawd………..I can’t watch this rubbish” bits to get to the juicy bits. But I still keep tuning in!
