I have always enjoyed the ageing process. Each stage of my life has got better and better as I have got older……..and that’s certainly not to say that it was “rubbish” for me years ago. It’s just the evolving, growing and learning process has always left me feeling stronger and more in control of who I am and where I am going.

My Training History

I started training seriously and consistently when I was 24.

I have over 27 years experience in nutrition and different training styles and I have been a Master Trainer for 15 years.

Part of those years was as the owner of the Barre Workout Studio in Perth, Western Australia. A studio that I loved working in and where I was lucky enough to meet some fabulous and inspiring people.

I LOVE training people. There is just something so special and energising about watching someone else’s progression with their body and mind.

To watch people who have come from a place of vulnerability or weakness, slowly start to gain strength and confidence is a beautiful thing to see.


Fusion Training

Experimenting with different training modalities over the years – Yoga, Power Yoga, Barre Work, Pilates and Functional Strength Training, I have developed a training style that is effective, challenging and gets results.

This highly EFFECTIVE fusion style of training has added to a change in strength and vitality in my body and my client’s bodies, both male and female, over the years.


You Can Workout Anywhere!

My love of travel and the ‘exotic’ has been influential in shaping my workout routines.

Whenever I travel I ALWAYS workout. I need routines that can be done in a very small space ie; tiny hotel rooms.

Routines that are bodyweight based with minimal or no equipment……..and most importantly give me maximum results in a minimal amount of time, ie roughly 20 minutes.

I now live on the beautiful island of Bali where
I get to experience the “exotic” on a daily basis.
